I finally found the fuse that was applicable, and replaced it, but no sooner did I do that, it happened again. What does this mean, and what do I need to do on my end to fix this. Help!!!!!

You have a wiring short and can be a bear to find some hints
are turn every thing off on that circuit like radio , lights ,then put new fuse in never go over the amps for that circuit then turn one thing on at a time and check fuse . like turn radio on and then check the fuse if fuse blew while turning radio on then short might be in radio. Hope i could help ,

If it immediately blows you have a short somewhere. These can be hard to find. An ohm meter is the best resource for this. A visual inspection is probably your best bet as most shorts occur from worn wire insulation. Check all wires that can come into contact with the cars ground (metal). Particularly ones that are moved most often, like your mirrors. The wires most likely are ran through a grommet on the door jam between the hinges. This is probably one of the least fun things to do on a car, as there are tons of wires under there. But start from the fuse and work your way down. It could also be simple, like a penny in the lighter socket, or even check to see if your lighter is actually blowing it. Try to isolate the component and check all wiring, if its internal you may need to replace one of them. Good luck. From what your saying I take it fuse 11 is blowing? a quick thing 1st check cig lighter connection or remove lighter and look inside to see if look bad inside or replace fuse with lighter out and see if blows. The other question did you install a aftermarket radio lately? May have a short there in radio wiring. Try removing dome light bulb and replace fuse and see what happens when replacing fuse. good luck.

It means that there is a short in the system somewhere and it is drawing too much power. You'll have to trace it from the clock and move toward the fuse block

You've got a short in the wiring. Take it to a electrical repair shop and let them find it.
