I know just be myself and find what his interests. I would like if guys would answer because they know how guys think. So please help me with like flirting techniques and good conversations, or just ways to make him notice me without looking to desperate.

Just to start, i know you said you wanted guys to answer. I'm a girl but thought I might be of some help. First off, make sure you say hi to him every day. This will get him used to your company. After a few days of this, ask him a question like how's your day been? or something like that. You'll be able to learn things from this. He'll start to talk to you to. Try to act natural. Guys love confidence!!! You'll get his attention. It really works!!! Good luck.
