Now what? I can't submit answers but I can go to undecided questions and choose a best answer....What gives here?
I can also ask questions.

Your braudband limit has been met. Basically meaning that you have spend so much time on Yahoo answers they flagged you to make sure you are not scamming. It stays in place anywhere from an hour to twenty four hours.

You can report it to yahoo answers but not sure if they will help. They will just tell you its your computer and you have a virus. It happened to me and I went thru the whole process of even wiping my hard drive and still had the error. Its not on your end at all..Its yahoo.

A download went wrong and it will take between 30 minutes and 6 hours for it to clear off

Yahoo has been doing this over the last two months.
Their severs must be over whelmed.

Yahoo has this problem once in a while. I think it is a catch-all error - like when their servers are too busy.

it`s not a virus... it`s just another yahoo screw up!
been there and done that. give it an hour or so and it will be okay.

try shutting down your messenger (if its open) I heard that may work.
