What is your options? I mean you have no real choice in the matter if he left you. You just need to move on to the next chapter in your life & good luck!

If a guy leaves you for another girl, he is obviously unworthy. You should feel sorry for that girl! Guess what? The best indicator of the future is often the past when it comes to relationships. People do change... but not often or quickly. Odds are she'll be asking this same question before you know it.
So change your perception on the situation. YOU'RE FREE!! You no longer have a dillweed boyfriend. (Gosh, does anyone still say "dillweed" anymore!? I'm such a dork!) Sit down. Have one last cry if you need to. Then evaluate the situation. Did you do anything wrong that you know of? Figure it out, and learn from the experience. Then forget about it. It is time to move on. Forget the jerk. Hang out with your friends. Join a club. Get some exercise. Get involved with the community. Volunteer. Read a book. Take a class. Or just go out and have some fun! Do what you like when you want to, but keep busy! The busier you are, the sooner you'll get over the loser you lost.
THEN... when you are ready, you can date other guys. Eventually, with some patience and common sense, you'll find a good one. Then you'll have Mr. Right, and the "new girl" will have your loser ex... or will be bawling because the jerk dumped her, too.
Whatever you do, do NOT contact your ex ever again. Let the idiot go. He just lost out. Too bad for him. YOU are the winner.

You shouldn't do anything! What can you do? If he doesn't want to be with you then you'll just have to get on with your own life!Believe me you don't want a guy t hat would dump you once because he'd probably do it again later ! You'll have a lot of up's and down's in your life. You'll just have to be tough! There's a lot of "Fish" in the sea! I know it hurts but you'll be better in the long run!

i kno it hurts. im having a problem involving my bf right now to. u just need to not let him kno it bothers u. but dont b afraid to cry when it hurts. eat icecream, write a poem about it ( i do this all the time when i feel lik im goin to explode) , get together wit ur gurls and have a good time. kno that ur life doesnt depend on him but dont keep ur feelings bottled up becasue u will have those feelings forever if u do

Move on. There are other men and he obviously shouldn't be pined over. You want someone who will stick with you even though he sees another pretty face. You want someone that won't even consider anyone else because he is so devoted to making you happy.

i know it would hurt having been dumped for another girl,but if he did that than it was just as well it happened for your sake he isn't worth the time of day.
it will get better for you ,when you think it won't.there is someone for everyone,just don't jump into another relationship right away give yourself some time to heal.
