Poaching a egg is really simple, all you have to do is to fill a frying pan or good pan that will hold in water. Then fill the pan with water filling 2/3 way up. Then just wait until the water is simmering (kinda boiling), break a egg and drop it in the pan. To be completed, u will see a foam forming over the egg, then instant turn off the heat. Just scoop it out with something and gobbling it up!

When you poach an egg you also need an acid like vinegar just a little bit and the water should be slightly salted and just simmering not boiling

Poach.

Poaching is cooking food in a liquid that is barely below simmering. No bubbles break the surface, but the heat of the liquid cooks the food.

Poached means to cook in liquid. The liquid is usually just below a boil and enough of it to almost cover the food as its cooking

poaching an egg is dropping it in boiling water, and letting it simmer until cooked.
