They will be fine. As long as they are cooked, they will be ok to leave out for quite a while. Just make sure when you make any meat. You put it in the fridge when it's bedtime.

yes. The spices and sauce will keep the bacteria at bay for a while.
Spices and sauces create an environment that inhibits growth of bacteria. Salt has been used forever to cure meat and preserve it for years at room temperature. The acid in tomato sauce in your bbq sauce creates an environment that does not support bacteria growth. Botulism bacteria grows well in an acid environment but is also anaerobic and the air kills it. Sugar also inhibits bacterial growth, fruit "preserves" are called preserves because of the high sugar content keeping it free from germs. So yes, spices can inhibit bacterial growth.

if you properly prepared them then it would be alright if they stayed on the stove all night my friend. what I mean is did you let them reach a temp of at least internal 160 degrees? wow taste one would ya feed yer dog one|? eat it then you wuss sheesh 3 hours

Whatever you don't eat throw away. Otherwise you risk increasing the bacteria you already have on them. It also depends on how hot your kitchen area is. If it's still freezing where you live they should actually be great. If you live where it's already hot don't risk it.
