what type of highly flexible wire conducts the most electricity?
the wire must be really durable and very easy to bend, almost like bending a piece of cloth or string (or as close as possible) maybe a wire?

you would need stranded wire for it to be flexible.... the more fine strands it has the more flexible it will be.... welding cable is a good example. but if you are going to put high voltage through it make sure it is rated for high voltage... and there are charts in NEC code books for the ampacity of the wires. the metals with the best conductivity are 1.silver 2.copper 3.gold 4.aluminum , in that order....to find the amperage... the formula is watts= volts x amps, if you know the wattage... or volts=resistance x amps... the total resistance of the load

Highly flexible wire is usually not intended to carry huge amounts of current. Maybe 10 amperes or so at most.. And it needs to have a very flexible insulation.

You must give more information, is it for low voltage, high voltage or very high v.?
What is the current going to pass through this wire? Also the nature of the environment ( temperature, humidity,...)you are using it is important. Once you have these you can go to manufactures manual and select flexible wire, cord or cables.
If the price is not important for you go for gold plated, scattered, twisted wire.

it's the most common, cu, copper, it is one of the best conductor, gold an silver are the best, but they are expensive, cu would be enough flexible, especially if is cable of very small diameter wires
