Hi there. Is the smell due to doggy poo and pee?Or stinky dog syndrome. Some breeds wreak naturally. Dispose of the smelly offender which could be trash, soiled carpet, dirty clothing, A thorough cleaning is necessary. Give things that you haven't used in 6 months away to those that are in need. Air it out by opening windows. All the cover ups like air freshener and Febreeze can make the room smell like bad odor/flowers. By de-trashing, reorganizing, and cleaning, you will free up energy in your room and feel more energetic. It rids you of burden. Things will get better.

I'd say...have a day of cleaning. Start with bathing the dog. Wash your sheets. While you have all that going, sprinkle constarch/ baking soda on your carpets ( carpet fresh will work too) Leave it on for a while. Do a really good cleaning of the carpets. Wash the dogs bedding if s(he) sleeps outside of your bed. and keep up with your routine cleaning every day!
I don't understand why it has such a bad odor though. I have 4 dogs and 2 cats...all inside, all sleep in the bed. ( my poor boyfriend) and I do not have a smell to my house or bedroom.
Is the puppy urinating on the carpet? Dragging his butt on the floor possibly expressing the anal glands?
hmm...good luck!

Air Spray. Some people like febreeze but some like cheaper brands. I like the lavender kind of Febreeze and Orchard Garden from Rezunit. Another way is to wash your blankets and vaccum and dust your room 2 a week or more.

first make sure that she hasn't had any recent accidents in your room that you haven't noticed before. 2nd get a fabric cleaning spray, Febreeze works fine. Spray your bed, pillow and the carpet if you have one. If your puppy has a dog bed spray that to. Just a quick light spray

Try thoroughly cleaning everything in your room, including sheets. Then maybe you can try using Febreeze, candles, and air fresheners.
And of course always bathe the dog regularly. There's also pet perfume you can get at PetSmart and PetCo. :)

vacuum every day and use a room deodorizer for pet odor. Also purchase an electric tart melter and keep it on with your favorite scent while you are at home. Those work great for
keeping your home smelling great.

First...make sure the puppy is bathed regularly. If he is peeing and crapping on newspaper, that is the problem. Switch to those puppy pads. They are cheap and absorbent and last a few days.
