No, God is not to blame, but the Governments and departments in countries , who take the money and do not use it wisely to rule their country. Poorly run Governments , that care little for the poor people. It happens in most countries, but some are worse then others. America reaches out and helps to feed the hungry. We have poor and hungry , right here in America, but yet we reach out to help other needy Nations. Churches from all denominations help Africa and other countries. Birth control is not used or given lessons in. The government does not care about the people. Then we see horrible starvation, and the Sweet Little Children suffering from complete neglect from their own Government.

One day, our Lord will make all things right, and “no longer will there be any curse” (Revelation 22:3).
