Ok your dad is annoying you but why are you sleeping in the daytime and staying awake all night. Are you old enough to have a job and be working if so and on shift work then fine yu have no problem.
But you are a young person you should not be sleeping all day and awake all night. Sometimes this is a sign of depression you might need to seek medical adivise. Did it not occur to you that being a night owl might cause disturbance to the rest of your family.
Try and sort yourself out your dad is only tryiing to help you. I am not surprised he has removed your computer you need your rest and keeping your brain active all night is not a good idea.your body is set to a certain time and it needs its sleep to recover.

How about a compromise? On Friday nights and Saturday nights (if you don't have to get up early for church) you can stay up late at night. On the Sunday-Thurs. nights, you have to sleep like you are supposed to. It's called, abiding by the rules of the household. No reason to be angry, just see about the compromise. Cause, it's yor dad's house, and his rules. When you are 18 or older, and out on your own, with your own job, etc., yoiu can stay up all night, providing even that you get a job where you work nights.

I'm a lot like you. I can stay up at night too, when everybody else sleeps. It's actually past 3 AM for me here in Sweden now. But even I suggest, that you should sleep when it's dark outside and be awake when it's light outside. Humans are adjusted for a life in daylight.

I don't blame him! I don't know what age you are but shouldn't you be at school or working? He is doing it for your own good. You sound as if you are alone a lot which might not be good for you. How about getting a job/school and seeing friends and helping around the house?Think of other people and you might actually start living and enjoying yourself and get yourself a life. Get out more and get some interest in life and get happier.

You are obviously disrupting the rest of the family with your sleeping paterns. You dont mention if you go to school, or work? I presume you are school/college age, so should be sleeping at night like everyone else.
I would behave the same as your dad.

Excuse me but who bought the DVD player and who paid for the computer? Whose house is it? Who pays the electric bill?
The world does not revolve around you. You need to get your days and nights straightened out, get in school, get a job, or if you are old enough, move out.

If you're living in someone house and paying no rent you should follow their rules.
If your Dad feels you're keeping him awake, hes got every right to ask you to sleep during the night.
