I'm 5 foot 9 and I turn 19 tomorrow. Is there any chance for me to get to my desire height of 6 ft. My brothers are 6 ft. and were the same height as me when they were my age. Is there anything I can do to help increase my chance of getting to 6ft. Also, does any of those products from doctors actually work. Thanks.

There is no way to grow taller then you are meant to be by genetics. Guys typically grow until they are 21. Girls on the other hand stop around 18. This is not the same for all. You will most likely reach your max height by the time you turn 21. There are no magical drugs or what not to make you instantly spurt to 6'0.

Some people grow until their very early 20's. I'm a girl and I grew 2 inches between 19 and 21. That being said, you may grow another inch or two,but you also may be done growing as well. I seriously doubt you will make it to 6 ft at this point, but you may make it to 5'11" so take heart and keep eating healthy and maybe you will grow some more - genetics plays a Big part too. :)

5 ft 9 inches is a much sexier height than 6 feet

Girls stop growing long before boys do, because girls start earlier. You've probably stopped growing, and after you stop there is nothing you can do to start growing again. Plus you're very tall already, I'd do anything to be 5'9!
