It is okay to smoke after getting fillings, it is the extractions that people are worried about smoking after, it can cause a dry socket. Just to let you know tho, smoking can cause a white filling to eventually turn yellow, so make sure you brush and floss properly. Smokers are more vunerable to gum disease and decay, good luck......
