i thought about this subject before but few nations can afford to maintain a nuke let alone a bunch of little terrorist most likely if they did it would only explode the charges fusion would not take place it wouldnt go hiroshima just a clud of radioactive dust but ive also looked up the weight of urainium few people could carry that much uranium in a suitcase with one hand
