Third-degree sexual offense for someone at least age 21 to engage in a sexual act, including vaginal intercourse, with someone age 14 or 15: Up to 10 years in prison
Second-degree rape to have vaginal intercourse with a person under age 14 if the actor is at least four years older: Up to 20 years in prison
So the person is probably looking at up to 20 years in prison. There may be civil penalties, as well -- in some states, it can be $10,000 or more.

I hope its castration because a 13 year old girl is not old enough to consent to anything much less sex and was very sadlly taken advantage of. Hopefully whoever did it will repent so that they don't have a prison cell in hell.

It's not "concentual", and it's rape. This is just a guess, but I figure such a sexual predator could get three to ten years.

the penalty is one inch strips of your skin peeled off, salt rubbed in, staked down to a fireant hill, sewing needles jabbed into your eyes, castrated, then verbally abused. Then your locked up with bubba in max. security.

What ever it is, it is too much. There shouldn't be a penalty if it is consentual, not for anyone 13 or over.
