One thing more than anything else: taking people's problems seriously and helping them over the rough spots effectively. It just seems to be what I do best. I have had people tell me I have really helped them and that is the most gratifying thing in the world to hear back. I am empathic, and try to tune in to what is bothering others and find some one thing, some key detail that will unlock the logjam, that they can do to turn it around and get it moving forward again, from anxiety to financial issues, to starting life over again.
