Definetly! The matron of honor is normally the same position as the maid of honor though. The title just changes if she is married. But its your wedding and you can do whatever you want! Thats the fun part!

Yes when I was in my sisters wedding she had a matron of honor and I was her Maid honor the matron doesn't have to be married but she can be if you want its your choice =)
