I want to get into really great shape. I have been eating healthy and going to the gym 2 times a week and its helping, but i want to do more and i want to see results fast!!!( I was thinking 8 weeks) So please recommend any information or sights to me that can help. Thankyou

Continue what you are doing :-). If you see results allready you are on the right path.. Perhaps increasing to 3 times a week and then to 4 times a week..

Do more cardiovascular..Get the heart going and you will burn, burn..Burn :-)

depends...what kind of shape are you in now and what do you want to look like in 8 weeks..?
