If the pastor won't talk to you, without you being formally disfellowshipped, that's horribly unprofessional and inappropriate of him.
If you are still interested in maintaining some level of fellowship with a church that is socially conservative, you should be able to find a pastor more willing to help you work through what you're dealing with. I'm certainly not saying it will be easy (it won't), but your pastor sounds like he's got problems. You deserve better treatment than that even from a church that does not accept the homosexual lifestyle.

You would have to ask someone to ask the Pastor. As far as I know a Pastor is supposed to "disfellowship" anyone who leads a life of unrepentant sin. It doesn't matter if it is what the Bible calls sexual sin or some other sin. If someone is an alcoholic and they are not trying to overcome their addiction they are supposed to be put out of the church.
1 Corinthians 5:11 But now I am writing to you not to associate with anyone who bears the name of brother if he is guilty of sexual immorality or greed, or is an idolater, reviler, drunkard, or swindler--not even to eat with such a one. 12 For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Is it not those inside the church whom you are to judge? 13 God judges those outside. "Purge the evil person from among you."
1 Corinthians 6:9 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, 10 nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.

Human beings have a tendency to place a sort of rank on what sin is worse than another. God does not do that. I believe that homosexuality is a sin, but so is judgement. Your pastor does not have a right to treat you that way. He/She is a sinner, too. We all are. If you have been disfellowshipped, then maybe that is God's way of saying it is time for you to go to another church.

I would imagine so. The Bible says that as a fellowship the Church should not allow open unrepented sin to thrive within the Church, and for much good reason. This means any sin, not just homosexuality, and there is a difference between someone who stumbles and someone who practices sin...

I'm afraid so. I know it must be hard because so much of your life is tied to your church. I'm sure many of your friends and family are connected also. The good news is that there are plenty of people who will accept you and be happy to make you a part of their life.

You may have been a southern Baptist, but you haven't yet verbally confessed Jesus Christ your Lord & Savior, nor believed in your heart He shed His blood for the remission of your sins and raised from the dead for your justification.
If you really want Jesus in your life, go to a different church and seek & you will find. Go to a bible faith based church. One that believes in His redeeming blood.
Be born of God, born of His Spirit, cleansed by His Blood, joint heirs with Jesus Christ the King, part of the family of God.

says more about the weakness of the pastor
Southern Baptists (I am one) officially take a stand against
homosexuality
but a man of God that don't shepherd those in his care needs a checkup from the neck up
