it means she's a boring @$$ and is completely out of touch with what would keep a man's attention on the phone. her first mistake was calling, men hate talking on the phone. second mistake was talking about shoes.

Maybe in search of ideas for a conversation, not too bright, materialistic, boring, who knows, but certainly not too experienced. Otherwise she would know that talking about footwear does not keep a man interested or intrigued!!!
