Well, you could get some fabric in squares and wrap them around, then make a sash with a bow on the back and that should be fairly inexpensive. Good luck!!!

If you are looking for a pretty chair, just take some tulle and tie
around the back of the chair with a little greenery added when you tie the bow. It looks really pretty.
