u need to color it first unless you cut alot of but you should always cut after color to cut off damaged ends.

I would cut it then dye it. That's just me but I think it would work better that way.

cut first. you dont want to waste dye, and if you are highlighting or lowlighting you want to work with the hair you are going to have tomorrow, not a style that you are going to chop off right after.

i think you should cut first..unlike what they do in salons..they dye your haur first and charge you by the length of your hair before they cut it..you know that's really unfair..so i think cut and dye..

When I go for a cut and color, I get just that. A haircut and then the color. I don't really think it matters, its just how my stylist does it.
