how do you like it? what do you eat on it ? how much have you lost? thanx im considering it for a fast weightloss to get in a dress

Waste of money, not a good substitute for a meal. Eat right and exercise regularly. That is the only thing that will work.

A liquid diet for two meals plus a real meal for dinner is hard. Slimfast is good tasting (I like the cappuccino ones myself) but is it really realistic? Not really. A better diet would be eating Special K cereal for two meals, plus a regular dinner.

If you want a quick fix to fit into a dress, I'd suggest going to a spa and spending around $100 or so on the body wraps. They'll help you lose a few inches in a matter of an hour or so. They work, I've done them a few times. The only caveat? It's totally temporary. The inches will show back up after a few days. The only best way to lose weight safely is to diet and exercise.

ive done it before and its ok. just eat a healthy balanced diet and your lose. with slimfast your apt to get hungrey and binge eat, i really like the carnation good start breakfast drink. its powder in a can mix it with skim milk and drink that for breakfast. for lunch have a salad and yogurt or i like the slimfast cookie dough bars or lean pockets, then for lunch eat proteiin, chicken or fish and veggies, stay active and your sure to lose. plus if you do it that way youll be improving your health in general by eating what your body needs and staying active. drink lots of water. no pop or juice. what suger contents not just fat and calories. with slimfast youll get bored and hungrey, if you eat the foods you need your body wont crave thing u dont need and if you adapt a good lifestyle youll have lasting effects instead of a quick fix. Plus replace all whites with whole grain and make sure you check labels enriched whole grain isnt what u want 100 percent whole wheat.

When I used slim fast, It worked. I would take one in the morning for breakfast, one mid morning, eat an apple or other fruit not orange or bananas, a green salad for lunch, lots of water during the day, herb green tea, no sugar afternoon snack one slim fast snack or drink; dinner steam carrots, broccoli, white fish or chicken. You have to take something like Beano for the gas. If you stick to that you will loose at least 5lbs depending on your initial weight in 2weeks!

well i'd personally go with Special K, but believe me slimfast does not work, i have heard tht products tht tell you you can lose weight are usually to get those greens you have in your bank or purse, and anyway try something like walking for 30 minutes, doing belly dances, yoga, something you enjoy doing to help you fit into tht dress, and eat healthy, yes you need veggies and fruits, who can forget them when they follow you around, hope you find my words approving, just trying to help.

Exercise and eat healthier. No matter what crazy diet plans people come up with, you cannot escape the fact that there is only one way to lose weight the healthy way.
