what does it mean if a girl hangs out with emo's and slu ts all the time? and she plays guys herself? what kind of girl is this and why does she do it?

It might mean nothing special. It might mean that she has a very individualistic approach to life.
On the other hand, it might mean that she has a high sex drive and might be called a slu t herself (even if she does not think that she is one).
She might even be bisexual and not just interested in guys.

I have noticed some girls/women like you speak of, and I think that they are in need of attention .
..as we all are but for some reason {usually unfortunate circumstances} make them more needy .
.of attention, love, {and if they think sex will get them love that too}.....
It sounds as if this girl has not had enough true caring , nurturing,and love in her life,
and most likely if she hasn't spoiled her personality, she would probably be a very grateful and good mate ,
since so many of these kinds of people rarely find a decent sort that is interested in them,
and if they do they are very greatful for any kind of love, as they know its not likely they will find anyone at all.
Party girls or fun time girls as they may be called are not what they seem .
..they are looking desparetly for love
and never having it they dont know how or where to find it..
.or sometimes sadly even to recoginze it when it is being offerd. ....

Sounds like she is wild and sowing her wild oats til she finds
the right one.
Her hormones are out of control and may have something to
do with the way she was raised...lack of morals.
