For 12 year old girl? I'm 91.5 pounds, and 80-82 pounds is the ideal weight I want?

You can't start dieting until you are two things:
#1 finished growing
#2 overweight.
YOU ARE NEITHER.
If you are concerned about your weight you should excersise, it will make you lean, help you grow and keep you healthy.
I suggest walking or swimming, very healthy.
take care of yourself!
p.s. I was the same height and weight as you when I was your age and I've stayed slim my whole life (I'm 36 which sounds old to you.)

Everyone seems to be on the right wave-length here. you are still pretty young and have a lot of growing to do, so your body is going to go through all that funny stage ect.....But I understand where your coming from, as my daughter is around the same age as you and is too very worried about how she's looking, so I encourage her to exercise and to walk to and from school. its good exercise you can lose up to 300kcals per hour just from walking. eat well and stay healthy. don't go on any crazy diet cos that's what will make you fat each fad diet you go on and come off you gain back the weight you lost plus a couple of more pounds and then you will start on that long road of dieting for ever! I know I;m still on that bloody road! lol. So healthy eating , lots of water and lots of walking. Enjoy what you do and keep happy. good luck x

I think you shouldnt be concerned but its always a good idea to eat a healthy diet cause its better for your health in general.Plus its good to adapt to a healthy lifestyle while your young cause it will benefit you as an adult if you do ever need to lose weight. when i was ur age i did cheerleading and all throughout high school and thats how i stayed active. just eat healthy and stay active even if you are skinny, it a better way to live than putting all that junk in your body.

You should go to the gyms and lift a little bit of weight and work out doing crunchs and push-ups for at least 10 minutes a day.

Hi I think 12 is way to young to be worried about weight, but if you exercise more walking sit ups jogging and climbing stairs, you will lose some weight..

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

It depends on how tall you are & your bone structure. At your age, if you excersise regularly & eat a healthy diet, particularly breakfast, you should have no problrem maintaining an ideal weight.

Try not eating as much bread and eat some hot peppers. You won't like the peppers at first, but give them a chance.
