Have you ever heard of the saying "Friends forever, Boys whatever" ?
If you and you're best friend are tight, don't. Friends, let alone BEST friends will be there for you in good times and the rough times when that guy might dump you after two weeks.

you aren't a very good friend if you are trying to steal your friends boyfriend. You sound very young, and maybe you should just let it go. You cant MAKE someone want to be with you. And if you try to break them up, you will feel worse than you do now because you'll remember how bad of a friend you were. Dont risk your personal dignity for a guy. The best ones wont even show up until after high school anyway. Try to be happy that your friend is happy and has a good guy to make her smile.
Dont be with a guy just to say you have a guy. Its not very ladylike or becoming. A girl who can stand alone is far more attractive.

ok well no guy is worth a friendship...so you shouldn't go for your bfs man...you can't take your friends man and you can't go out with him after they break up that is the most messed up thing in the world...that is like an unwrittin rule...just get over him and find and new man...
