With what sauce? Angel hair and thin spaghetti are slightly different (thin spaghetti being thicker than angel hair). I would reserve angel hair for only the most delicate sauces, such as a butter and herb, or perhaps merely tossed with some parmesan...

Angel hair is by far my favorite, but unfortunately no one else in my family likes it. It does require more sauce if you use a tomato sauce, but it is so good. You wouldn't think that the thickness (or thinness) would make that much of a difference, but it truly does! Now I am hungry!

I love angel hair... but if I have a heavier sauce like a meat sauce, i'd use the spaghetti.

I love Angel Hair pasta, especially with a rich
creamy garlic sauce with lots of mussels and
clams in it, and you can fit heaps in your mouth
Haha..LOL!..Yum Yum..and you have to have
lots of crusty bread to soak up the left over
sauce..!!
