How are ways you can tell if a person has low self esteem?

Men I want to especially hear from you about how you can tell if a woman has low self esteem even if you dont talk to her??????

signs for any sex:
1. they always look down...they avoid eye contact at all times. They feel inferior to the people around them.
2. some people try to compensate for their self-esteem by being loud and obnoxious or by trying to fit in with a particular group so they themselves won't be singled out (they don't want to be the odd one out)
--therefore they like to follow (be a groupie)
3. if they talk to you, you hear them putting themselves down ("why would they even look at me" or "he/she's too good for me"..etc)
4. ladies: ones who put tons of make-up on and re-apply every 5 min...now there's an issue there
5. people who are timid (by that I don't mean quiet) can also have low self-esteem. Again, they try to please everyone they come in contact with and are afraid to disagree.

The way that you can tell if someone has a low self esteem is when they are constantly comparing themselves to other people or always asking the same questions to hear you say what they already know. The way that you can tell if a guy has low self esteem is if they see another guy walk by and get all defensive. I hoped I helped.

most time i see low self esteem i see body posture facial expressions and attitude.

Body posture tells people novels about how you are feeling.
Facial expressions usually are blank and looking at the floor
Attitude very quiet speech usually no laughing

You can tell with respose to a compliment or the way the girl carries her self if you tell her something and she kinda gives you a negative posture most of the time You can tell in some ways.. some times you can not tell if they keep things to themselves some girls do that But most of the time you can tell if you tell her and the respose to it..

she looks down alot and walks around with almost a blank expression on her face. She's very quiet and she writes A LOT! When she is with her friends and then they part thier ways to go to classes that smile she had turns into a serious face
