It could be a swollen gland. Have you been sick? Personally, I would see a doctor if it doesn't go away in a week or two.

i'm a surgical intern.
it might be a swollen lymph node or a cyst.. the difference can only be determined by examination.
place two fingers around your lump and attempt to move it around, if it moves like your skin does and is soft to the touch then this is a positive sign. if the lump is immobile and hard this is bad.
go see a general surgeon. it may be a cyst that they can remove at the office.
best of luck~

probly a swollen gland. you have many glands in that area and if you keep touching it, it probly won't get better. usually comes from infection or allergies.
could also be a cyst.
go to a dr and have them check it out. generally a cyst isn't anything to be worried about either.
if it's a tumor, then you'll need surgery.

It means you need to get to a Doctor. If you have the coverage, go to the ER.
Better safe than sorry.

Could be several things, but you should see your physician pretty soon to be sure it is not something serious. It is better to be safe than sorry. Good luck and God Bless!!!
