well it depends if you're dorky you should just be REALLY nice and sweet and stuff, thats always good.
but if you're like popular, just tell her you like her and that'll work.
and talk to her a lot, just little things, like "Hey, what's up? aren't you glad it's friday?" but dont ask "How are you?"

Well, it depends on how old you 2 are. Talk about things that interest you. Ask her what her favorite ice cream is and if swhe wants to go get some after school or on a Saturday. NOw is the time of year for snowballs ... depending on where you live. Ask her to go to the park.

What are her interests? Ask her questions that require some answer other than yes and no. Invite her after school for a coke somewhere or join a club or organization of which she is a part.

Well sounds like your in Jr. High/Senior High school. Maybe talk about your sports team, clubs you are in. Start by getting "help" on an assignment and then kida start a convo

What kind of things does she like? Is she into sports? fashion? a neutral conversation would be about movies, though I find those boring. You can also try making fun of the girl that she doesn't like...haha

if ur in her english class say "hey what do u think of this novel we're reading"
in shes in ur band say "what do u think of this new peice we're playing" stuff like tht. always invlove her in a conversation. wait tht didnt make sense. just talk to her even if it drives the teacher up the walls.

it all depends on your status at school, if you're both popular then flirt some and if she flirts back then ask her out. if you're more popular than her than just ask her out. if you're both not that popular then strike casual questions but not lame ones like how are u?

ask her if she'd like to help you with some of your work. ask her if she understands, if she does then ask her to help you, if she doesnt then offer to help her.
