I wouldnt get into your whole history with men on the first date, but explain it a little, then mostly just listen, if you see things that he says you like, then open up a little more. I have heard nightmare stories, so dont give this guy too much detail, be vague and talk about your interests or hobbies. Always simple on a first date, personals, blind date or whatever it may be.
