What? Let's see if I can understand this. You guys are having dinner in Rodeo Dr or the rodeo where the cowboys hang out? If its Rodeo Dr, all you have to do is dress up casual unless you are going to one of those restaurant where formal dress is required. If you are going to the another type of rodeo (cowboys one) then, I guess a shirt and jeans would work. As for the Harley, if she is a girly girl, I don't think a Harley would do her good.
