A "romantic getaway" suggests that you are leaving the kids at home. I know you love your husband very much and Catalina Island can be a romantic spot. There is only one town, as such, on the island, and most people can see all there is to see around Avalon in one day. Wear comfortable shoes. There are few cars there, but you can rent bicycles or golf carts if you don't want to walk. If you're a morning person you can see beautiful sun rises there, but Avalon is on the wrong side of the island to enjoy the setting moon. The boats going to Catalina depart from New Port Beach, Long Beach and L.A. (San Pedro), and there is also a scary plane flight from Long Beach Airport. Traveling on week days will avoid the weekend crowds. Enjoy your trip, and have a good time.

I had a "digital" romantic getaway. those days it became into actuality and so did the getaway. It wasn't in any respect as i had imagined. to any extent further i'm sticking with basically day-dreaming as i visit not in any respect get damage that way.
