Tea tree oil is a home remedy for treating boils as it has antibacterial properties. Drink plenty of water, since the body will try to eliminate waste through the skin , if it is unable to get rid of it through other means. Unprocessed fruits and vegetables should be included in the diet. More info at http://ailments.in/boil.html

They may be ingrown hairs if they don't hurt. What you could do is scrub them with a antibacterial soap and a loofa sponge or a rough washcloth to open up the pores and keep the hairs from curling up under the skin and causing them to become ingrown. Then wipe an astringent like Witch Hazel on them. They may get a bit inflamed looking for a few days, but after they start to clear up, you should not have anymore problems.

Try the pink Mary Kay night cream. It's wonderful for any face pimples so give it a try.
