You should be very careful in your judgement of others and your dismay at a particular group. The number of special needs children being born is rising and if you are not careful you may find that the Powers that Be give you a challenged child so you can learn some tolerance, up close and personal. My advice is try to learn the tolerance now.
There are some very interesting videos on YouTube.com made by handicapped folks and they have a voice and story to tell if you will just listen. Search YouTube.com for autism if you are interested in a different perspective. If you are not interested in a different perspective, just leave those people alone.

dont be too mean but try to tell him in a way that he/she is annoyin. If u r talking about those people who have special classes in school (if ur sill in school) then try to tell the adult/supervisor tats with them. (most of the adults are the parents.) good luck! dont let him mess up your life!

try to be nice, but just avoid him/her. If that doesn't work when they talk to you be very short if ya know what I mean.
ex.:
annoying one:
"What are you doing this weekend?"
you:
"nothing" and walk away.
retard is not a nice name.
