I have to go to a party dressed as a girl. What should I wear?

I lost a bet with my female cousin and have to attend a party completely dressed up and made up like a girl. What should I wear? Points to the person who provides links to best outfits/shoes. BTW: I am 5'7" & 122 lbs, with medium length hair and have actually been mistaken for a girl before.

Just wear a dress with a stuffed bra, high heels & makeup. That should do it especially if you already look like a girl. Don't forget to accessorize with earrings & other fashion jewlry.

You don't want to fork out a whole lot of money for one dress up, so go to your local thrift shop. There's tons of clothing available at a great price and so much to choose from. Bring your cousin and have fun trying on the clothes. It should be a hoot.
As far as make up goes, borrow some from your girlfriend or the cousin who got you into this mess.
Make sure you take lots of fun pictures! And I hope you two have a blast.
