Try Strike King's website. I also know Bass Pro Shops carries Strike King products. I just ordered some Strike King replacement skirts from them. I'm sure Cabela's and Gander Mountain carry them too.

Bass Pro Shops carries them both online and in-store, also tacklewarehouse.com and many others just do a search for strike king baits on any search engine

I doubt you would have a difficulty with the boilies, as they are no longer meant for human intake. you should opt to be careful even as sending lead weights to the U.S., because in some states like enormous apple, by way of environmental guidelines people are not meant to apply lead sinkers below a million/2 ounce.
