Go to the gym - ride a bike, walk/run (for legs), and try different machines that work the gluts. Or hold a 10-15lb weights in each hand, and squat with legs at 90 degree angle and go back up and do the other leg. Go to a large gym they have so many machines u can use to work out on your butt or buy a fitness magazine and try them at home. Eat lots of protein, it helps builds muscle. What I used to do was drink a breakfast shake in the morning, it has so many vitamins and minerals and protein, and wait like 5 or 6 hours and go to the gym you will notice results faster than trying to get it all from food. Or eat poultry and peanuts, has lots of protein.

Once on Tyra, they helped girls with no butts look like they had lots of butt. You have to find the perfect fit, and there are actually things made for you to stuff your jeans or pants with to make your butt look sexy. And also find the PERFECT clothes, which helps AMAZINGLY!!! Good Luck!

haha i have the same problem darlin dont feel bad. I always wear tight jeans, that have pockets that are farther apart then usual. The smaller the distance between the pockets, the smaller the butt looks!!

if you have no butt, nothing you do will give you a butt unless you gain an extreme amount of weight, even that doesnt guarantee you a nice butt. thats just your genetic make-up. accentuate a feature you do have......if youre not happy with that, there's always plastic surgery.

start excersing do squats and stuff with the legs your butt muscles will grow. The excercises you can find it in the Seventeen Magazine i think it was the march one.

HIt the stair climber and build up some muscle and eat a few dounuts to gain some weight then you will have back

try wearin high heel shoes it works and eat every 2 hours the fat grows in butt area...
and i m not kidding.. i have seen .. it really works

The only two ways is to stuff it with tissuse paper or get surgery. Its your natrual thing, you cant really change it. Sorry

you should wear jeans that have pockets in the back that are farther apart and have buttons on it or rhinestones or whatever to make it look bigger. they also have jeans now that have padding in the back... & you can always get surgery, if that`s what floats your boat.
