Where it will cost you the most is the plumbing and getting the fixtures. I don't know how much this is but I'll tell you how to save some money. Measure it out where you want to build it in your house. If this means bashing some walls down you have to determine what walls not to hit with your sledge hammer as to not ruin the structrue of the house. Frame your walls and put them in, then dry board it. Hire a plumber to come in and cut some holes and put some pipe around. That's how I would approach it. Get it all done except the plumbing.

Find 3-4 contractors in your area that gives free estimates for an accurate estimate.

cost my friend 8,000 but then she got all new fixtures and did most the work themselves
