Yes. And I believe most of the healing He provides today is through the things He created: Using the acronym NEW START that would be:
N - nutrition, back to what the Bible says for starters
E - exercise
W - clean water, for the inside & outside
S - sunshine, 15 minutes a day is plenty
T - temperance, abstain from that which is bad, moderation in that which is good
A - fresh air
R - rest, sleep w/o drugs and waking up w/o caffeine
T - trust in God, read the Bible & pray
God provides all those w/o big medical bills and they do lead to health.

God promises to do just that...however, not during this system of things. This system of things is under Satan's rule, and God doesn't intercede to make Satan's world system one bit better than it is at this time. Soon, though God will put an end to Satan's system of things and then, yes, he will heal mankind of all that ails them.
(Remember that the apostle Paul prayed three times for the "thorn in his flesh" to be removed, but God told him...
2 Corinthians 12:9: ..."My undeseverved kindness is sufficient for you; for [my] power is being made perfect in weakness")
1John 5: 19b: "the whole world is lying in the [power of the] wicked one."
2 Corinthians 4:3 & 4: "If, now, the good news we declare is in fact veiled, it is veiled among those who are perishing, 4 among whom the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through" (Satan is referred to here as: "the god of this system of things")
God promises us that soon the following Scriptures will be fulfilled under the kingdom of God...
Isaiah 33:24; "And no resident will say: “I am sick.” The people that are dwelling in [the land] will be those pardoned for their error."
Isaiah 25:8: "He will actually swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will certainly wipe the tears from all faces. And the reproach of his people he will take away from all the earth, for Jehovah himself has spoken [it]."
Isaiah 35: 5 & 6a: "At that time the eyes of the blind ones will be opened, and the very ears of the deaf ones will be unstopped. 6 At that time the lame one will climb up just as a stag does, and the tongue of the speechless one will cry out in gladness. "
What awesome blessings await those who will survive into that new system of things...God's Kingdom with Jesus as his appointed king. This will be on this very earth...
Psalm 72:7 & 8; "In his days the righteous one will sprout,
And the abundance of peace until the moon is no more.
8 And he will have subjects from sea to sea
And from the River to the ends of the earth."
Psalms 37: 9-11, & 29: "For evildoers themselves will be cut off, But those hoping in Jehovah are the ones that will possess the earth. 10 And just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more; And you will certainly give attention to his place, and he will not be. 11 But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth, And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace.
29 The righteous themselves will possess the earth,
And they will reside forever upon it."

Absolutely!!! I have told this story in more detail in another answer but here is the condensed version. God healed my daughter when she was three. The doctors gave us a prognosis of kidney failure in one kidney and %50. chance of saving second kidney because of a rare untreatable infection. After lots of prayers and some more tests her urologist came in one morning and said " If you believe in a higher power than get on your knees and thank him because there is no sign of infection and there is no scientific reason why"
That was several years ago and my daughter has one very healthy kidney and one with a small amount permanent damage!!!

I don't.
There have been a lot of (unverifiable) claims of it in the past...but I have yet to see God (or rather, a "faith healer") actually heal an amputee, say. Or someone grotesquely mutilated in some way. Or someone with a plainly visible genetic defect. Not one case of any of those sorts of healings. I wonder why.

Yes. know cases of the successful 'laying on the hands'. But why God heals others and not others, it is a mystery. I rely on God's understanding because He knows how to have His job done. : )

Of course He CAN...but the question is whether or not it is in his will to do so and if it is, then how is He going to do it. All healing comes from God who animates us with a life force and who has designed our bodies to be self-repairing. He has also given us wisdom to discover cures for diseases.
Sometimes God will heal us through medicine. When it suits his purposes He may heal us through divine intervention. One woman I know whose husband was sick and dying and the doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with him was praying to God to heal her husband. All of a sudden she "heard" God say to her "potassium". She's like "postassium?". So she went to the doctors and told them to check her husband's potassium levels and it turned out that he had something wrong with them and the doctors were able to cure him and he got all better.
One time my Pastor's father was about 19 years old and he hurt himself bad with a hernia while working in a rail yard. He went to the doctors and they told him that he would have to have surgery and that he probably wouldn't be able to have children afterwards. So he went to a local church in Philadelphia where a woman had the gift of healing.
He took the bus and when he got off the brothers outside saw how he could barely walk and they carried him inside to where the healing ministry was going on. The woman had a line of people coming up to her and when she saw my Pastor's father being carried in she said "Let that man who says God has called him to be a Preacher demonstrate his faith by walking up here on his own!"
So they put him down and he limped up bent over and in pain and the womand said "Satan, loose this man, in Jesus's name!" and he sprang right up and was totally healed.
But then you have the testimony of the Apostle Paul who healed many people with miraculous power but in his own case he was given a "thorn in the side" and when he asked God three times to remove it God told him "my grace will be sufficient for thee".
