TO IWILL..... WHO SAYS SHE GAVE HER DAUGHTER UP FOR ADOPTION

I know that you are lying.... BIRTH MOTHERS DON'T HAVE ANY LEGAL RIGHTS... IN ANY STATE...

IWILL ..... ARE YOU GAY OR WHAT? ON SOME SIGHTS YOU ARE IN A GAY RELATIONSHIP AND OTHERS YOU ARE HAPPILY MARRIED WITH 2 CHILDREN...

WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO PULL HERE?

RECENTLY (5 DAYS AGO) YOU ASKED IF ANYONE WAS CONSIDERING GIVING THEIR BABY UP FOR ADOPTION, BECAUSE YOU WANTED A 3RD CHILD.

YOU ARE A LIAR

IF YOU INDEED HARASSED THE MOTHER OF THE CHILD YOU GAVE UP FOR ADOPTION 6 YEARS AGO, THEY WOULD SLAP A LAWSUIT ON YOU SO FAST FOR HARRASSMENT.

THERE ARE NO LEGAL RIGHTS FOR BIRTH MOTHERS EVEN IF IT IS AN OPEN ADOPTION. PERIOD.

YOU ARE A FRAUD. IT'S NOT IN YOUR "PAPERS".

I AM REPORTING YOU AS A FRAUD.

YOU ARE SICK.

you do have rights. if i feel like i dont get enough pictures of my daughter i raise hell. my paper work states how often i should get updates and when her adoptive mom slacks up i let her know. you gave them a baby. they should have the decency and respect to do their part to make it easier for you. i cant see my little girl but i still want to know she is happy. read your papers.

We adopted our boy in Virginia. We do have an open adoption, but with time the contact has got less. We do still send cards and pictures, but not as much as we us to. It seems like this is what our son's birth mother wants, but I am not sure. As for your question, I do remember when we were signing our paper work and we were all in the same room. Our son's birth mother asked the question of how she could be guaranteed that we would hold up our end and stay in contact and send the letters and pictures as agreed. The social worker told her in Virginia that such and agreement would not be legally binding, she would just have to trust that we would do it. I would suggest that you write the adoptive parents and explain that you do want to receive letters and pictures or whatever you agreed to. I can say that the adoptive parents are probably scared that something might happen to disrupt the placement and that is probably why they cut off communication. I would try to reassure them that you have no desire to disrupt anything, you just want to know how the child is doing.

I wish I could help you ! There are a lot of adoption sites on the web, it is difficult to advise which is the best.
