I already took 2 advils and still hurt! what should I do next?

Take 2 more advils. For that kind of pain, you need to be taking 4 pills. So sorry you're hurting - I know the feeling :(

I gave my son Motron and it seemed to work. Does Advil have anti inflamitory in it? If not you make want to try that. It will take some time but eventually he got used to it and the pain that came whenever we had to tweak it.

hi I had a palate spreader also. It only hurts when they initially put it in your mouth and twist it. My suggestion is, don't eat spaghetti or noodles, ziti and pasta is fine, not spaghetti. Uhhm when i got my spacers, i ate jello, and laid down usually naped! Good Luck, remember this is to make your smile even more b-a-utiful!

Please alternate the Advil and Motrin. Use two Advil then after 3 hours use 2 Motrin. I hope you are feeling better soon.

250 mg acetominophen + 600 mg ibuprofin
No more than 3200 mg of ibuprofin in 24 hours
No more than than 2000 mg of acteominophen in a day.

take pain killer and try to stand that pain. I'm sure is just temporary.

800mg motrin. two of them about 1600mg's will do the trick.
