This past week I found myself the victim of a scam artist who used my debit card information obtained illegally to empty my bank accounts. Before we caught it my finances were completely messed up.

I was lucky; with diligent effort we caught the **)**&^%$# so and so and he is now in jail. I would like to let the world know about this guy in case anyone ever comes into contact with him they will no he is a con artist and not give him any information. But, I don't know the best way to do it. Is anyone familiar with the blogsphere ... would that be a good way to get the word out? Any help would be nice as I am a pretty nice person, and this guy is a REAL BAD person.
:-)
thanks

Ignore the first poster...slander and libel are only problems if they are LIES! Since he is currently in jail, the would be a bigger fool than he currently has proven to be if he were to attempt to go to court against you!
His arrest and conviction will take the wind out of his sails if he were to even think about trying to take you to court....LMAO at the judge's face when he hears this one.
Where is judge mathis when you need him!

it will be on his criminal list, yet you would possibly want to get into problem as this can be slander and libel as this can be both in print (information superhighway website) and spoken. See in case you may sue his sorry butt in civil courtroom for damages and stress for screwing up your funds.

It'll be on his criminal record, but you could get into trouble as this would be slander and libel as this would be both in print (website) and spoken. See if you can sue his sorry butt in civil court for damages and stress for screwing up your finances.
