At least 3 times, but it depends on the amount of activity they are involved in. Sometimes they may need to jump in the shower and wash their body, but their hair may be fine. Just make sure it's enough or it will cause infections.

I would say it depends on how dirty they get during the day. My friends little boy who just turned 11 has ocd and takes a minimum of 25 showers between the time he gets home from school till the time he goes to bed. My son who is also 11 hates to take a shower and only showers twice a week. Most people i know have their kids take a bath/shower nightly. There is really no right answer to this. In the winter i don't force the issue of daily showers cause skin can get dry but in the summer they have to bath at least once a day

generally speaking, unless the kids have been playing outside, swimming in chlorine, or playing a sport and getting all sweaty, they shower/bathe every other day give or take. Mine are 6 and 8. I did read however that taking a warm bath or shower about an hour before bedtime helps to relax them, something to do with the rise and fall in body temp.

Well I think that for a week ...7 times because useaully you sould take a shower at least once a day so if you put it in a week, that would be 7 times a week.

My daughter takes a shower every night (she is 10). Mainly because its so nice outside right now that she plays outside at school and home and gets sweaty and dirty. 8 ios a good age to start teaching responsibility when it comes to hygiene.. and taking a shower every night will help get your child on the right path! During the winter, if my daughter doesnt get dirty she will usually take a shower everyother night because her skin gets so dry during the winter.

I think that a child should take a bath, shower every day! Think about sweat, dirt, and everything they come into contact with each day. Especially when they are in school. Ewww. Every day and that is my final answer!

7 days because at that age they play and come into contact with alot of germs at school. Start a daily habit of cleanliness because they won't see the importance of a good hygiene and I can still remember till this day being in school and smelling the kids who stunk and the kids who didn't brush there teeth. You don't want your child to be that kid!
