I'm in Mexico, do I need a Tax ID if I sell my products in the USA?

I'm Mexican i have a business registered in Mexico. And I'm planning to sell my products to USA business in the future. Do I need a Tax ID to report taxes? Should I charge them a Tax% if I sell them through the Internet?

I heared theres a special Tax ID No. for aliens and Non US Citizens.

You are looking at the wrong taxes. That number pertains to income. You need an importation license, whole differant ball game.
