Right after you get out of the shower, towel-dry your hair just a little bit, and then scrunch it together with your hands (with some mouuse on your hands). Then scrunch it dry the rest of the way with a towel.

If you take a shower at night dry your hair but leave it a little damp. When you wake up in will be wavy or you could just get a perm.

After you wash your hair, let it air dry so the natural waves appear and use products from John Freida...he has a product line to help getting more waves or curles.

you could take a shower at night and put hair gel in it and braid it and take the braid out the next morning.

when you get out of the shower DO NOT brush or comb your hair, just add your fave hair product (gel, mouse, curling cream, etc...) and blowdry with cold setting or with difuser on blow dryer...dont use heat
