Try eating right before or right after you take it, If you're not all that hungry or on the go grab a snack cake or piece of bread, it will put a little something in your stomach to help with the upsetness you feel when you take it.

I had the same problem! I ended up switching to another medicine because the side effects were so bad. I tried about 5 and they all made me sick so now I just suck it up. But.. before I switched I tried many things, recommended by my doctor and other people.
At first I would take the medication at night, then I would wake up the next morning totally out of it, throwing up for about an hour, shaking, dizzy, and you get the idea.
Then.. I started taking it in the morning.. definitely made an improvement but some days I still would randomly get sick. So.. my suggestion is try taking it in the morning with a decent sized meal.
The last thing I tried (a pain in the butt) was splitting the pill into 2 or more. I would take them thorough out the day to even out the amount that's going into your system.
So.. Those would be my suggestions to you. I wish you better luck than I had!!

Try taking it with food. If your still a little nauseous after wards, I suggest drinking a bit of soda water or taking some ginger tablets.

The carbonation in plain soda water helps settle your stomach, but I would avoid flavored sodas since that can bother your stomach more. If you can't stand just plain soda water, add some natural fruit juice to it - lemon is great and the acids in the fruit can also help a sour stomach. The only flavored soda I would recommend is ginger-ale, since it has both the stomach-calming properties of carbonation and ginger.

Why ginger helps stomachs, I don't know. But it works wonders, better than any medication I've taken but without the nasty side-affects. You can find pure ginger tablets at any health food store.

Try taking at night instead of in the morning. That was my docs recommendation, that way you sleep through the side effects. Then once past the side effects, start taking it in the morning
