I want a sporty looking 4 door car, that is good on gas millage, with a reasonable price. What kind of cars should I be looking at?

There are a lot of sedans that 'fit' your criteria ... but take a few things into mind ... if you opt for foreign cars, you might get better gas mileage, but down the line when you need repairs or want to do maintenance on the brakes, belts or hoses, the parts will often be pricier.
I suggest checking out www.cars.com and click on the "research" link. You can compare a couple of cars side by side and make an educated choice.

Toyota or Honda are your best bets, for reliability they both surpass any other brand, gas mileage, both do well, resale value for both are very good.
