It is probably Miracle Whip. It has a tangier taste and less calories and fat I might add. So it is cheaper to put on sandwiches. I know for a fact that Subway uses lite Miracle Whip on all their sandwiches.

Is it garlicky? It might be tzatziki, a Greek condiment made out of plain yogurt, tahini (sesame seed paste), garlic and some other stuff... very yummy. It's also white and looks similar to mayo.

it is mayo, it just tastes different, especially if there isn't much and the rest of the sandwich has a bunch of strong ingredients.

It's probably Miracle Whip (salad dressing). It looks like mayo but it's sweeter. I don't really like it as well as mayo.

Probably a creamy horseradish sauce. Does it have a little bite to it?
