if you are a federally licensed firearms dealer, and your house is your registered place of business, maybe, depends on how the local law enforcement boys view your credibility.

Only Class 3 dealers are able to sell fully automatic firearms. The military style weapons you see mass produced today are semi automatic military style hunting weapons. They offer nothing more than any other semi automatic weapon other than they are exotic in appearance.

I think you need a license to own an automatic weapon. After the 1920's Thompson being so popular with the criminals, The Government wants to know who has the rapid rate of fire.

It is illegal to have any automatic weapon in your house unless it is a display model with NO firing pin. Said weapons are legal if they are semi-automatic and are used for hunting and target practice!!

In California, NOT unless it pre-dates the "Assault-gun" ban of the 1990's...
I think the laws vary state to state...the best thing would be to consult the NRA and your local law enforcement

depends on where in the US you are and why you have them and who you are.
If you're a felon, it's illegal for you to own a firearm, and most places put paintball markers in that category.

Different states have different laws. Of course the NRA would allow you to have a Bazooka and rockets.
