How do get i get rid brown/dark spots on my face?

Recently ive noticed these brown spots started appearing on the surface of my face. I've had a few light brown spots before but never this much. Personally I never really had acnes problems. so these spots are super random and i would like some advices on what to do with them.

Try applying a swipe of lemon juice to them each day. This will lighten but not remove the spots. Have your doctor check them out next time you visit.
